Use this as your master script for recording video tutorials.
This guide is organized by role:

- Admins
- Vendors
- Customers

## 1) How to Use This Guide for Video Production

For each tutorial:

1. Start with: who the video is for.
2. Show the dashboard/home screen first.
3. Demonstrate one full workflow from start to finish.
4. End with common mistakes and quick tips.

Recommended length:

- short feature videos: 2-5 minutes
- full role onboarding videos: 8-15 minutes

## 2) Platform Overview (Intro Video Script)

### Goal
Show what the platform does before role-specific tutorials.

### Talk Track
- LifeX supports public website content, store, marketplace, and bookings.

## 3.1 Admin: Login and Dashboard

### What to show

### Steps
1. Open admin login.
2. Sign in with admin account.
3. Explain the sidebar structure:

4. Open `Analytics` and explain what performance is visible.

2. Change one branding item (for example logo or accent color).
3. Save and show effect on public side.

1. Add/update a marketplace category.
2. Open vendor list and show status controls.
3. Show plan assignment/update.

1. Open `Announcements`.
2. Create message with:
   - title
   - message
   - audience (`all`, `vendors`, `customers`, `admins`)
   - optional image and CTA link
3. Send immediately.
4. Demonstrate delivery result in notification bell and popup card.

### Steps
1. Open each sales section.
2. Change status of one item.
3. Explain sales pipeline usage.

1. Log in as vendor.
2. Explain dashboard cards (products, orders, earnings).
3. Open notifications bell and explain unread behavior.

1. Open `Products` -> `Add Product`.
2. Fill:
   - product name
   - category
   - pricing
   - stock
   - descriptions
3. Upload main image and gallery.
4. Add variations (size/color/weight).
5. Save product.
6. Open public product page to verify.

## 4.3 Vendor: Demo Video Recording and Upload

### Steps
1. In product form, open `Product Demo Video`.
2. Record short sample (or upload video file).
3. Show preview before final upload.
4. Upload and save.
5. Show saved preview still visible after save.

Limits to mention:
- max 3 minutes
- max 100MB

## 4.4 Vendor: YouTube and TikTok Social Video Links

### Steps
1. Paste valid YouTube URL.
2. Save and show public embed.
3. Paste valid TikTok URL.
4. Save and show public embed.
5. Demonstrate invalid URL rejection message.

### Steps
1. Open `Orders`, update one order status.
2. Open `Earnings`, explain confirmed vs pending.
3. Open `Payouts`, submit a payout request.

## 8) Recording Quality Checklist

Before publishing each video:

- zoom/UI text is readable
- cursor movements are slow and intentional
- one clear goal per video
- no dead time while waiting for pages
- include short recap at the end
